Good Karma – Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Introduction and Scope
Good Karma (“Good Karma App”), operated and published by Little Penguin (“Developer”), is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure digital environment for all users, with particular emphasis on the protection of children.
Good Karma enforces zero tolerance toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users, content, interactions, and activities conducted on or through the Good Karma App.
2. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Good Karma App:

Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including images, videos, audio, text, animations, or digitally generated content involving minors.

Any activity constituting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

Grooming or attempted grooming of minors

Sextortion involving children

Sexual solicitation or exploitation of minors

Trafficking or facilitation of child exploitation

Sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors in any context.

Harassment, bullying, threats, or coercive behavior directed at children.

Any conduct that endangers, exploits, or facilitates harm to a child.
Violations will result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
Users may report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child safety violations through:

All reports are reviewed promptly. Child safety and CSAE-related reports are treated as high priority and escalated for immediate action.
4. Handling of CSAM and CSAE Reports
When Good Karma becomes aware of CSAM or CSAE on the service:

The content will be removed without delay

Accounts involved will be restricted or terminated

Reports will be submitted to competent national or international child protection authorities, law enforcement agencies, or hotlines as required by applicable laws

Good Karma will fully cooperate with lawful investigations
5. Mandatory Standards of Conduct
All users, employees, contractors, and partners must:

Act in a respectful, professional, and child-safe manner

Maintain appropriate boundaries in all interactions

Avoid private or secret communication with minors without proper authorization

Refrain from using language, imagery, or conduct that is sexual, violent, abusive, or discriminatory toward children
6. Screening and Preventive Measures
For roles involving interaction with children, Little Penguin may:

Conduct background or suitability checks in accordance with applicable laws

Require acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy

Implement internal child safety awareness and compliance procedures
7. Disciplinary Actions
Any violation of this Policy may result in:

Written warnings

Temporary suspension or permanent account termination

Termination of employment or contractual relationships

Reporting to law enforcement or regulators as required by law
8. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Good Karma and Little Penguin comply with all applicable child protection, online safety, CSAE, and CSAM laws in jurisdictions where the Good Karma App is available. Internal procedures align with recognized international child safety standards and best practices.
